Return or Exchange 
Your satisfaction is our main motivation, in case you are not 100% happy with your Monciel Home pieces due to fit or any other reason, an exchange or return is possible within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
For size exchanges, our process is as follows; inform us through of the desired change- once we confirm availability, we will ask you to send us your original item through your local post office at your own expense- writing "RETURN" on it without mentioning value, afterwhich you can send us the receipt as "Proof of Sending" and we will dispatch the new items immediately through a courier service to be charged to the customer. If you have any questions about size, please consult with us through Instagram or and we can usually guide you for the best size option based on height & weight!
A return can be issued and a full refund *excluding the cost of sending the products & bringing it back which is an average of $60- credited to the same account used for your online purchase.  
If you would like a refund for your regularly priced item, please contact to receive instructions on how to return your merchandise. 
Important Note:
Items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition i.e. new, unworn, unsoiled and in sellable condition.  All tags must be in place and hygienic protective shields attached (never removed) on swimsuit bottoms.  
Defective Merchandise:
If merchandise is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise, and we will replace the defective item if it is still in stock.  There will be no additional shipping fees for replacement items on defective merchandise.  It is important to note that all our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipment for any damage, so please send us a picture and an e-mail so we can verify the damages source to
